Implement and assist with process improvement projects and/or related programs. Consult with or actively seek advice from Region Plant Engineering What we’re looking for: Education: Engineering Bachelor’s degree from ABET accredited school with equivalent experience; or other Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience; or Associate’s degree with equivalent experience; or high school diploma or GED with equivalent experience. See below for experience requirement. Experience: With an ABET accredited Engineering Bachelor’s degree, five (5) years of relevant plant experience; or with any other Bachelor’s degree, six (6) years of relevant plant experience; or, with an Associate’s degree, eight (8) years of relevant plant experience; or, with a high school diploma or GED, ten (10) years of relevant plant experience. Compensation Data Compensation Grade: SP20-007 Compensation Range: $87,633.00 - $128,688.00 The Physical Demand Level for this job is: L – Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or 10 to 12 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 5-6 pounds of force constantly to move objects.  Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for sedentary work.
