Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Adheres to established departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.</li>\n <li>Responsible for the repair, maintenance, and general operating condition of slot machines.</li>\n <li>Diagnoses and repairs mechanical and electronic slot machine malfunctions with minimal guidance or assistance.</li>\n <li>Replaces parts and circuit boards which have caused malfunctions; may repair some circuit boards, with assistance. </li>\n <li>Utilizes shop machines to fabricate standard or routine parts. </li>\n <li>Maintains moderate skill levels in mechanical and electronic functions, with possible advanced skills in either. </li>\n <li>Responsible for the machine initial fills. </li>\n <li>Assists in jackpot payouts and the verification process.</li>\n <li>Responsible for the inspection, installation, and removal of slot machines.</li>\n <li>Maintains player-tracking system and EZ Pay equipment. </li>\n <li>Responsible for troubleshooting system-related problems. </li>\n <li>Responsible for completing all regulatory and company operational logs/forms correctly (e.g. slot machine meter logs, parts logs, conversion forms, etc.). </li>\n <li>Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.</li>\n <li>Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Associate degree in Electronics, Computer Programming, or related field and minimum one (1) year of Slot Repair experience required; or minimum two (2) years of progressive Slot Repair experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>\n <li>General understanding of electronics at the circuit board level.</li>\n <li>General understanding of microprocessors.</li>\n <li>Must have strong problem-solving, analytical, customer service, and interpersonal skills.</li>\n <li>Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. </li>\n <li>Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with guests and team members at all levels of the organization. </li>\n <li>Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.</li>\n <li>Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.</li>\n <li>Must have advanced computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
