Now it’s your turn to serve the payment needs of organizations and people the world over.</i></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>Job Summary:</b><br>\n  We are seeking a seasoned and visionary <b>Senior Windows Systems Engineer</b> with deep expertise in <b>Active Directory (AD)</b>, <b>DNS</b>, and adjacent Microsoft infrastructure technologies. Implements, configures and plays a lead role in the design of complex systems for internal and external customers. Assists in performing analysis on existing systems as well as system maintenance. <span>Determines system specifications, input/output processes and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.&nbsp;Coordinates design of subsystems and integration of total system.&nbsp; Identifies, analyzes and resolves program support deficiencies.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>Job Responsibilities:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides AOD centric architectural and operational oversight for the development of new or enhanced services and/or products.</li>\n <li>Engineers and configures complex technical solutions for applications/systems implementations and upgrades based on specific business requirements. Solutions may be new, existing, in-house, third party or a combination.</li>\n <li>Researches and evaluates new technologies and software products to determine feasibility and desirability of incorporating their capabilities within the company's products.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Formulates and executes test plans for Proof of Concepts.</li>\n <li>Supports development and product teams by providing high-level analysis and AOD environment-based design reviews, performance, scalability and benchmark test guidance, and subject matter expertise in technology and design.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned</li>\n <li>Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.<br><br>\n   &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for the job:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.</li>\n <li>5+ years of technical experience in product architecture and/or production IT environments</li>\n <li>Previous experience in designing and implementing systems with a focus on scalability and high availability.</li>\n <li>Experience with configuring and troubleshooting production environments, with at least 2 years in a senior-level role.</li>\n <li>Deep experience in <b>Windows Server</b>, <b>Active Directory</b>, <b>DNS</b>, <b>Group Policy</b>, and <b>PowerShell</b>.</li>\n <li>Proven track record of designing and implementing <b>high-availability</b>, <b>multi-site</b>, and <b>secure</b> Windows infrastructure solutions.</li>\n <li>Strong understanding of <b>authentication protocols</b> (Kerberos, NTLM, LDAP), <b>ADFS</b>, <b>Azure AD</b>, and <b>PKI</b>.</li>\n <li>Experience leading large-scale migrations, upgrades, and integration projects.<br><br>\n   &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Experience needed for the job:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with <b>hybrid identity</b> and <b>cloud integration</b> (e.g., Azure AD Connect, Microsoft Entra).</li>\n <li>Familiarity with <b>Zero Trust architecture</b>, <b>conditional access</b>, and <b>identity governance</b>.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of <b>automation frameworks</b>, <b>infrastructure-as-code</b>, and <b>DevOps practices</b>.</li>\n <li>Experience with <b>compliance frameworks</b> (e.g., NIST, ISO, SOX) and <b>security hardening</b> of Windows environments.<br><br>\n   &nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Work Environment:</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Standard work environment</li>\n <li>Majority of time spent on PC (Phys.
