      "content": "\n<li>Agronomy background or 2+ years in AgTech.</li>\n<li>Experience building products spanning hardware, firmware, data science, and software.</li>\n<li>5+ years in product management and 3+ years in fast-growing startups.</li>\n<li>Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.</li>\n<li>Excel in lean, agile, and iterative development.</li>\n<li>Creativity, curiosity, and ability to manage ambiguity.U.S.-based (West Coast preferred).</li>\n<li>Willingness to travel up to 20%; if located in the San Francisco area, be in office 3 days/week.</li>\n<li>Background in precision ag, sensing, irrigation, or environmental intelligence is a significant advantage.</li>\n<li>Experience in commercial or customer-facing roles is an advantage.</li>\n<li>Operational experience - leading operational teams or building related products is an advantage.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n"
