Assists Store Manager in training and development of subordinate staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Duties:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to fulfill all duties listed for Customer Experience Advocate and Customer Experience Supervisor </li>\n <li>Assist in the training of employees </li>\n <li>Assist in the assignment of duties and scheduling of staff to insure payroll and productivity budget guidelines are met  </li>\n <li>Assist in the management and balancing of the store inventory to insure maximum turns while still remaining in-stock for customer needs</li>\n <li>Ensure in-store technology is being used to its fullest potential to insure a maximum return on investment of the technology and life span. </li>\n <li>Participate in the communication of corporate goals to all store personnel</li>\n <li>Ensure outstanding customer service is exhibited by all employees at all times</li>\n <li>Ensure all Loss Prevention policies are followed by all employees and report deviations from said policies to Loss Prevention</li>\n <li>Implement and execute all corporate marketing, advertising and promotional programs </li>\n <li>May assist in the collections and management of all Kinney House Charge</li>\n <li>Receive all orders, follow handling requirements and insure timely shelf placement for Kinney Warehoused merchandise and Direct</li>\n <li>Store Delivery (DSD) merchandise </li>\n <li>Implement all Standards of Presentations (SOP), and Merchandise presentation guidelines in a timely fashion</li>\n <li>Interface with various auditors, inspectors, vendors and outside agencies in the absence of Store Manager</li>\n <li>Ensure the physical plant is maintained to protect customer and employee safety</li>\n <li>Perform all store clerk duties as needed</li>\n <li>Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum: High School Diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Preferred: AS Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management or related field</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Preferred: 1 or more years previous experience in Merchandising or related field </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Special Conditions of Employment</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Drug test</li>\n <li>Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring</li>\n <li>Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> $36,254.40 -  $39,642.67 per year</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements.</p>",
