      "content": "\n<li>HS Diploma or GED</li>\n<li>4+ years of relevant leadership experience</li>\n<li>4+ years experience of general construction knowledge</li>\n<li>3+ years of customer issue resolution experience</li>\n<li>1+ years of experience with windows to include measuring and service, installation in lieu of service</li>\n<li>Experience working with installation crews</li>\n<li>Valid drivers license- Clean&nbsp;driving record, Clean Criminal Background Check, and Clean drug test&nbsp;</li>\n"
