Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?</b></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p style=\"text-align:inherit\"></p><p>The <b>Key Purpose</b> of this role is to make beer and soft drink sales deliveries to customers based on orders made as well as make <br />deliveries to other ZB plants as instructed.</p><p><br /><b>Key Roles and Responsibilities: </b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Product is delivered on time according to planned orders and schedule or ad hoc orders and according to the route</p></li><li><p>Funds generated from sales are secured and deposited with cashier immediately on return to the plant</p></li><li><p>The driver shall be responsible and accountable for ensuring that their settlements, upon return from the trade are properly completed </p></li><li><p>and difference report signed after counter checking</p></li><li><p>The driver shall make sure that all the cash customers he delivers to pay for the product on delivery</p></li><li><p>The driver shall always maintain his truck is neat condition</p></li><li><p>The driver shall always fill in their pre-trip check sheet before exiting the plant first thing in the morning and detail all defects on the </p></li><li><p>truck</p></li><li><p>The driver shall be responsible for the hooking and off-hooking of the Trailer to and from the Horse as and when need arise for drop </p></li><li><p>trailers</p></li><li><p>The driver shall make sure that the truck is swept by the truck assistant at all times</p></li><li><p>The driver shall ensure that problems outside their span of control are escalated to the distribution controller without fail</p></li><li><p>Customers are briefed about routine happenings in the company and product matters</p></li><li><p>Complaints and suggestions are noted and reported to superior</p></li><li><p>Customers are advised on how payments are made for the product delivered</p></li><li><p>Records of fuel/lubes in-take and vehicle movements are kept</p></li><li><p>Preventative maintenance schedules are followed</p></li><li><p>Necessary pertaining to vehicle problems are reported and recorded on the inspection sheets</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>Key Attributes and Competencies: </b></p><ul><li><p>Be communicative, dynamic and responsible.</p></li><li><p>Possess excellent interpersonal relationships</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Minimum Requirements: </b></p><ul><li><p>Grade 12 Certificate</p></li><li><p>CE valid driver’s License</p></li><li><p>Sober mind</p></li><li><p>Defensive valid driver&#39;s certificate</p></li><li><p>2 years driving experience</p></li></ul><p><br /><b>Additional Information:</b> </p><ul><li><p><b>Band: X</b></p></li></ul><p></p><p>ABInBev is an equal opportunity employer and all appointments will be made in line with ABInBev employment equity plan and talent <br />requirements.
