While we are not actively hiring for these roles right now, we regularly seek driven professionals who want to make an impact in private markets.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We invest across three asset classes: private equity, private credit, and infrastructure. We’ll keep your information on file and reach out when the right opportunity arises.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You Could Work On:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable and general ledger</li>\n<li>Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, employee expense and payment batches</li>\n<li>Complete monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations</li>\n<li>Analyze and reconcile entity-level financial data</li>\n<li>Review financial reports for regulatory compliance and coordinate audits</li>\n<li>Support corporate finance projects as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Professional accounting designation required</li>\n<li>Accounting or Finance degree/diploma required</li>\n<li>Industry experience in financial services, asset management and/or accounting firms is preferred</li>\n<li>Technical excellence with accounting software, with advanced MS Excel skills</li>\n<li>Experience working with Sage 300 ERP Premium Version 2023 &amp; Investran system would be considered an asset</li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills, superior attention to detail and ability to work independently</li>\n<li>Demonstrates professionalism and integrity</li>\n<li>Strong ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple competing deadlines</li>\n<li>Proactive approach to problem solving and supporting continuous improvement</li>\n<li>A team player with strong interpersonal and relationship skills</li>\n<li>Effective written and verbal communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">What Sets Us Apart</span></span></p>\n<p>At Northleaf Capital Partners, you’ll be joining a leading global private markets investment firm with a differentiated platform across mid-market private equity, private credit, and infrastructure.
