This role will include a combination of project management support, leading aviation civil design teams, and field engineering duties, working closely with project managers, designers, contractors, and airport stakeholders in active airfield environments.</p>\n<p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Engineering &amp; Field Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Lead the design and construction of aviation infrastructure projects including runways, taxiways, aprons, airfield pavements, utilities, and support facilities</li>\n <li>Serve and engineer of record for aviation civil projects.</li>\n <li>Review plans, specifications, and submittals for technical accuracy and constructability</li>\n <li>Perform field observations to monitor construction progress, quality, and compliance with project documents</li>\n <li>Coordinate with contractors, inspectors, and airport operations to support construction phasing and access requirements</li>\n <li>Assist with quantity tracking, field measurements, and pay applications</li>\n <li>Support resolution of field issues, RFIs, and change documentation during construction.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Project Management Support</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist Project Managers with project schedules, cost tracking, and progress reporting</li>\n <li>Participate in client, consultant, and construction meetings</li>\n <li>Lead coordination between design, engineering, and construction teams</li>\n <li>Prepare project documentation including meeting minutes, progress reports, and close‑out materials</li>\n <li>Assist with risk tracking, issue management, and project controls</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What You Need To Succeed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering</li>\n <li>7+ years of experience supporting aviation or airport infrastructure projects</li>\n <li>PE license</li>\n <li>Experience working in active airfield or airport environments</li>\n <li>Knowledge of airfield pavement systems, civil site design, and construction means and methods</li>\n <li>Understanding of project management principles and construction coordination</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>COMPENSATION</strong>&nbsp;<br>\n The approximate compensation range for this position is $110,000 &nbsp;to&nbsp;$151,000&nbsp; This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.&nbsp; Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.</p>\n<p><strong>BENEFITS</strong><br>\n We offer a comprehensive benefits package including:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Medical, dental, vision insurance</li>\n <li>401k Retirement Plan</li>\n <li>Health Savings Account (HSA)</li>\n <li>Flexible Spending Account (FSA)</li>\n <li>Life, AD&amp;D, short-term, and long-term disability</li>\n <li>Professional and personal development</li>\n <li>Generous paid time off</li>\n <li>Commuter and wellness benefits</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>#LI-HYBRID #LI-KR1</p>",
