This large-scale, mixed-use seafront project will redefine modern coastal living, combining <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">residential</span>, <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">commercial</span>, and <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">lifestyle </span>spaces in one of the most prestigious areas of the city.</p>\n<p>Learn more at kean.bbf.com.<br><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Main tasks and responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and coordinate the QS team on site</li>\n<li>Reviewing tender documents of Subcontractors/ Suppliers ie. drawings and specifications</li>\n<li>Coordinate with main office for Contract preparation for Suppliers &amp; Subcontractors</li>\n<li>Preparation of cost estimates for variations</li>\n<li>Communicate with the Procurement team for procuring the required site materials, with requirements and specifications</li>\n<li>Preparation of monthly valuations for the project</li>\n<li>Preparation of the Subcontractor &amp; Suppliers Certificates every two weeks</li>\n<li>Pricing of variations</li>\n<li>Preparation of the final account on the completion of the project, in coordination with the Project team and the Finance and Accounts team</li>\n<li>Guides and provides support to the Projects teams</li>\n<li>Provides support to the Procurement team with quotations and comparisons of rates with preferred suppliers, so as to secure a competitive price </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Arial, sans-serif\">Requirements for the position:</span></span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering</li>\n<li>Proven work experience as Quantity Surveyor/ Civil  of at least 10 years</li>\n<li>RICS or PMI QS surveyor certification will be considered as an advantage</li>\n<li>Previous experience in procurement for large scale projects will be considered as advantage </li>\n<li>Native Greek.
