    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p data-pasted=\"true\">The Hospice Aide provides personal care and supportive services to hospice patients in their place of residence under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This role focuses on maintaining patient dignity, promoting comfort, and supporting quality of life while creating a safe and clean environment.</p><p>Our Hospice Aides are a valued part of the interdisciplinary care team and are instrumental in fulfilling the mission of hospice.</p><h2>As a Hospice Aide, You Will:</h2><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Provide direct patient care under the supervision of the RN and according to the established Plan of Care</li><li>Assist patients with personal care, bathing, grooming, dressing, and activities of daily living</li><li>Support safe patient transfers, positioning, and ambulation in accordance with agency policies</li><li>Observe and report changes in patient condition and document care provided accurately and timely</li><li>Maintain infection prevention and control practices to ensure a clean and safe environment</li><li>Promote respectful, compassionate communication with patients, families, and care team members</li><li>Preserve patient dignity, privacy, and personal property at all times</li><li>Assist with nutrition and hydration support according to the care plan</li><li>Perform assigned treatments and procedures within scope and agency guidelines</li><li>Demonstrate strong time management and contribute to efficient agency operations</li><li>Support agency values, mission, and quality standards of hospice care</li></ul><h2>Qualifications:</h2><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Current CNA and HHA Certification required</li><li>Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred</li><li>Current CPR Certification required</li><li>Valid Driver&rsquo;s License and reliable transportation</li><li>Current Auto Insurance required</li><li>HomeCare HomeBase experience preferred</li><li>Hospice or Home Health experience preferred</li></ul><h2>Benefits &amp; Perks:</h2><ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Medical, Dental &amp; Vision Insurance</li><li>401(k) after 3 months of service<ul data-spread=\"false\"><li>Immediately 100% vested</li><li>Choice Health At Home contributes 100% of the first 3% you contribute each pay period</li></ul></li><li>Health Savings Account (HSA)</li><li>Life Insurance</li><li>Short-Term &amp; Long-Term Disability Insurance</li><li>Paid Time Off &amp; Paid Holidays</li><li>Mileage Reimbursement Stipend</li><li>Company vehicle may be available after 90 days of full-time employment, subject to Fleet Program eligibility and requirements</li></ul><h3>Make a difference every day by bringing comfort, dignity, and compassionate care directly to patients and families when they need it</h3><p><br></p></div>\n",
