    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>We are seeking a skilled and motivated <strong>Residential HVAC Service Technician</strong> to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing residential and/or commercial heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.
