The compensation package for this position includes a guaranteed first-year base salary or Personal Net Collections, whichever is greater. This structure is designed to provide income stability during the first year while also rewarding productivity. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance, patient volume, and other factors influencing net collections. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the final employment agreement. California Pay Range $400,000 — $500,000 USD
