The Studio Support Specialist is responsible for project builds and ongoing maintenance of our studios’ gaming floor environments. Responsibilities: Build, install and maintain the studios and associated elements (gaming tables, cameras, microphones, cabling lights, decorative elements and studio floor infrastructure).  Help establish and refine build processes, plan resources, meet deadlines.  Be aware of and follow regulations (Gaming Regulations, Evolution Policies, OSHA compliance, etc.).  Request, order, maintain and be responsible for assigned equipment, tools and materials. Participate in training activities and participate in new employees’ training.  Prepare and provide occasional reports, provide needed information to team members and other departments. Perform other duties, as asked by the Team Lead and Manager, which are related to this position Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leave and other absences. Replacement takes place during normal working hours and it is not considered additional work. Secondary (higher, technical) education or equivalent experience. Experience using hand and power tools Understanding of and ability to apply/interpret measurements and related tools Experience working with assorted building materials (e.g. wood, metal, tile, plastic, carpet, etc.) Basic understanding of electricity and electrical wiring concepts Ability to interpret and follow detailed written and verbal instruction Basic computer skills (e.g. email, instant messaging, MS Office or similar apps, etc.).  More advanced IT knowledge is greatly preferred. Basic knowledge of how Audio/Visual technology functions and willingness to learn more advanced aspects of A/V systems.  Punctuality, reliability and experience working with a team. Willingness and ability to occasionally travel (within NA and abroad). Willingness to work overtime when required and to be available for emergency situations.
