Keeping focused on our care values, we strive each day to ensure that our residents remain connected and purposeful.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>GENERAL PURPOSE:</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">To be part of a vibrant team devoted to delivering a unique and enjoyable customer service experience for our residents and visitors.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>JANITORIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.2in;\"><li>Clean resident suites according to schedule, including but not limited to:</li></ul><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;margin-left: 0.30000000000000004in;\"><li>vacuuming carpets;&nbsp;</li><li>spot-cleaning carpets as necessary;</li><li>cleaning ceilings and walls as necessary (e.g., removing cobwebs);</li><li>dusting furniture, shelves, light fixtures, and other surfaces;</li><li>cleaning bathroom, including shower stall, sink, toilet, counter, and floor;</li><li>cleaning kitchenette, including sink, counter, refrigerator, and floor;</li><li>defrosting refrigerator as necessary;</li><li>removing trash;</li><li>removing and laundering bed linens and towels;</li><li>replacing bed linens and towels; and</li><li>cleaning windows as necessary</li></ul><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li>Assist in Annual Suite Service of resident suites according to schedule.</li><li>Clean community common areas to schedule, including but not limited to:</li></ul><ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;margin-left: 0.30000000000000004in;\"><li>vacuuming carpets;</li><li>spot-cleaning carpets as necessary;</li><li>mopping floors;</li><li>cleaning ceilings and walls as necessary (e.g. removing cobwebs);</li><li>dusting furniture, shelves, light fixtures, and other surfaces;</li><li>cleaning restrooms including sinks, toilets, counters, and floors;</li><li>removing trash; and cleaning windows as necessary</li></ul><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li>Deep clean community common areas according to schedule</li><li>Effectively collaborate with team members to improve resident and family experience</li><li>Attend and participate in onboarding and annual training, in-services and team member meetings as requested</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by Property Services Director</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES:</u></strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li>Safely operate the community bus on assigned routes and according to scheduled activities</li></ul><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: -0.25in;\"><li>Transport residents and passengers to and from scheduled destinations in a timely and courteous manner</li><li>Conduct required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation</li><li>Promptly report any maintenance issues or safety concerns related to the vehicle to the Property Service Director&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure the interior of the bus and other vehicles remain clean, organized, and well-maintained</li><li>Maintain accurate transportation logs, route documentation, and incident reports as required</li><li>Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal transportation regulations and community policies</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>SKILLS and QUALIFICATIONS:</u></strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Must be at least 21 years old</li><li>Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing</li><li>Obtain authorization from the Company to drive company bus/vehicles</li><li>Must possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license (TX preferred) and acceptable motor vehicle report</li><li>Meet state or provincial health related requirements</li><li>Maintain any certifications as required by state or provincial regulations</li><li>Desire to work with older adults and their families</li><li>Projects a positive and professional image at all times</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Physical Demands include: Standing, Walking, Sitting, Bending, Reaching, Pushing, Pulling, Climbing Stairs, Grasping, Manual Dexterity, Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Vision Acuity, Color Vision, Talking, and Hearing.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The weight determined to be appropriate for a Housekeeper to lift with or without reasonable accommodations is up to 50 lbs.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>EXPOSURE RISK CLASSIFICATION:</u></strong><u><br></u>May perform unplanned tasks involving exposure to blood, bodily fluids, or tissue which may contain AIDS, HIV, and Hepatitis A, B, and C viruses.&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>E-VERIFY NOTICE:</u></strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">We use E-Verify to confirm the identity and employment eligibility of all new hires</p></div>\n",
