          "text": "<p>An IT Support Engineer 1 is a problem solver responsible for supporting and maintaining systems, processes, and operations that enable business capabilities. This role provides hands-on end-user, application, and hardware support to ensure consistent and reliable technology performance.</p><p><strong>Key Duties / Responsibilities </strong></p><ul><li>Delivers assigned work on time and leads task execution across functional and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Participates in and leads initiatives, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.</li><li>Develops, tests, and supports systems, applications, and reporting solutions.</li><li>Performs system updates, patching, and ongoing maintenance activities.</li><li>Troubleshoots hardware, software, and application issues to ensure operational reliability.</li><li>Estimates effort for application and component-level work.</li><li>Collaborates with vendors and contractors on hardware and software development, testing, and deployment.</li><li>Manages end-user requests through ticketing systems, including tracking and resolution.</li><li>Provides required on-call support and participates in off-hours deployments and maintenance as required.</li><li>Operates effectively under deadlines and high workload conditions.</li><li>Mentors and supports less experienced internal customers and team members when needed.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Education &amp; Knowledge Required</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (required)</li><li>A+ certifications (preferred but not required)</li></ul><p><strong>Experience / Skills / Abilities Required</strong></p><ul><li>Experience supporting desktop and laptop hardware, Windows Server, Active Directory, application and OS patching, hardware, and software break-fix, and troubleshooting various internal applications and hardware.</li><li>Technically proficient in application/component or system; may act as an internal consultant.</li><li>Operating systems: Windows Systems with limited exposure to Linux environments</li><li>Ability to create and document standards and procedures.</li><li>Strong ability to analyze failures and prioritize resolution efforts.</li><li>Ability to support users and systems in a fast-paced, changing environment.</li><li>Maintain a positive attitude in all situations.</li><li>Flexibility to meet customer needs or project goals.</li><li>Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell or similar)</li><li>Understanding of security best practices (patching, endpoint protection, least privilege)</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Information</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to work 2nd Shift (2 pm to 10:30 pm); extended hours and on-call responsibilities are required.&#xa0;</li><li>To perform the duties of this job, you will be required to be <strong>onsite</strong>.</li></ul>",
