Our Biblical Framework and “Love One Another” Christian ministry theme (John 13:34) guide every action and help us to focus on our Mission: To honor God by enriching the lives and touching the hearts of older adults. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Create a safe and secure environment by maintaining the buildings, grounds, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner, consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Execute assigned responsibilities for buildings and grounds as defined by the site leadership to include:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Completion of daily work orders</li>\n <li>Building, grounds, and equipment maintenance</li>\n <li>Building and Equipment repair</li>\n <li>Participate in life safety compliance routines</li>\n <li>Painting</li>\n <li>Apartment turns</li>\n <li>Building maintenance</li>\n <li>Customer requests</li>\n <li>Snow removal</li>\n <li>Pool care</li>\n <li>Other projects as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to perform Level II core competencies specific to job as defined by site requirements.</li>\n <li>Able to work independently, multi task, follow directions and work under supervision.</li>\n <li>Relate well to and provide a professional image and services to all customers.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Range</h2>The estimated starting pay range for this role is $20.22 - $24.92 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role.
