This position will required communication both in English and Korean on a daily basis as they will work with suppliers both in the US and Korea.&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;<strong><u>Corporate:</u></strong></p><ul><li>Adheres to the Georgia Seating system policies and procedures and leads others in same</li><li>Complies with all HTGSS Certification standards; Management System (TS16949), Environmental ISO 14001-2015 and Health and Safety ISO 45001-2018 policies and procedures</li><li>Treats all HTGSS team members with respect and professional courtesy</li><li>Always&nbsp;maintain pro-team member environment.</li><li>Manages the department budget efficiently as per approved annual budget</li><li>Performs&nbsp;special assignments as required by management.</li></ul><p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Position Requirements and Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bilingual in English &amp; Korean</li><li>Experience and specialization in Development Management.</li><li>Formulating and driving a consistent approach to group sourcing and supply, including contract negotiation, pricing, and cost management.
