The successful candidate will play a crucial role in implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions and supporting students with behavioral challenges in school settings.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to address students' behavioral challenges and promote skill development.</li>\n <li>Collect and record data on students' behavior and progress towards behavioral goals and objectives using established data collection methods and tools.</li>\n <li>Provide direct behavioral support and coaching to students in various settings, including classrooms, therapy rooms, and other school environments.</li>\n <li>Utilize positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques to teach and reinforce appropriate behaviors and social skills.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with teachers, paraprofessionals, and other school staff to create and maintain a supportive and structured learning environment for students with behavioral needs.</li>\n <li>Assist in crisis intervention and de-escalation strategies as needed to address challenging behaviors and ensure the safety of students and staff.</li>\n <li>Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and other members of the educational team to provide updates on students' progress, behavior, and intervention strategies.</li>\n <li>Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in behavior analysis and intervention techniques.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.</li>\n <li>Completion of Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training program and certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). <strong>https://www.bacb.com</strong></li>\n <li>Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in a school (preferred).</li>\n <li>Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles, behavior intervention techniques, and positive behavior support strategies.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, school staff, and behavior analysts.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in data collection and documentation.</li>\n <li>Experience a school setting (preferred).</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Benefits:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Competitive salary</li>\n <li>Comprehensive health and wellness benefits package</li>\n <li>Opportunities for professional development and growth</li>\n <li>Collaborative and supportive work environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Equal Opportunity Employer:</p>\n<p>E-Therapy is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace.
