This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying close to the bench while also helping support and guide a small team. You’ll play a key role in assay execution, method support, and day-to-day lab operations in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p><p><strong>Hands-On Assay Work</strong></p><ul><li>Execute cell-based assays, ligand-binding ELISAs, and related workflows</li><li>Perform routine tasks such as cell plating, dilutions, and 96-well plate work</li><li>Apply strong aseptic technique and pipetting skills in a GMP setting</li></ul><p><strong>Method &amp; Lab Support</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with method qualification, transfer, and troubleshooting</li><li>Help ensure consistency and quality of assay execution</li></ul><p><strong>Documentation &amp; Compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Accurately record work in lab notebooks/e-systems</li><li>Follow GMP documentation practices and data integrity standards</li></ul><p><strong>Team Support&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Help coordinate daily lab activities and support team workflow</li><li>Provide guidance and training to junior team members as needed</li><li>Act as a go-to resource for technical questions on the team</li></ul><p><strong>Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with clients, peers and supervisors to meet timelines and deliverables</li><li>Contribute to a positive, team-oriented lab environment</li></ul>",
