Powered by our proprietary BankGPT platform , this assistant is positioned to displace age-old legacy systems within financial institutions and own the end-to-end CX stack , unlocking a $200B opportunity and potentially replacing multiple publicly traded companies . Ultimately, our mission is to drive financial well-being for millions of consumers. With over two-thirds of Americans living paycheck to paycheck, 50% holding less than $500 in savings, and only 17% financially literate, we aim to put financial well-being on autopilot to help solve this problem. The Role We’re hiring a GTM Recruiter to partner directly with founders and senior leaders to scale our GTM team. This is not a transactional recruiting role. You will own GTM hiring end-to-end during a critical scale-up phase. You’ll set the bar, design the process, and personally drive outcomes. What You’ll Do Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles Partner closely with founders and executive leadership to translate growth goals into hiring plans Build high-signal pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and targeted outbound Run tight, high-bar interview processes with strong calibration and candidate experience Be highly selective—optimize for quality over volume Operate independently with minimal oversight and high accountability What We’re Looking For 4+ years of recruiting experience in similar environments Demonstrated startup / scale-up experience , ideally Series B–D Strong domain preference with Experience recruiting GTM talent for AI or Customer Experience companies Proven ability to work directly with founders and senior leaders Self-managed, comfortable operating with ambiguity and outcome-oriented Willingness to be on-site in Palo Alto and act as a culture carrier Why This Role Is Special Founding ownership of GTM recruiting at a category-defining AI company Direct exposure to founders, board-level priorities, and company strategy Meaningful equity and long-term impact on how the company scales Compensation: $180,000 – $200,000 base + bonus $200,000 in equity What We Offer 🏥 Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 🏝 Generous PTO & Holidays ✨ Life Insurance At Interface.ai, we are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment for all employees and applicants.
