    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><br></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Body Technician</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p data-pasted=\"true\"><u>Job Summary - Essential Functions:</u></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The Body Repair Technician is responsible for making body repairs, major or minor, on all vehicles, and assist mechanics whenever needed. These essential functions include the following:</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Body panel removal, repair, and replacement</li><li>Glass removal and replacement</li><li>External mirror removal, repair and replacement</li><li>Fiberglass and bondo repairs</li><li>Decal installation and removal (internal and external)</li><li>Seat onsert/cushion installation, repair and replacement (driver and passenger seats)</li><li>Bike rack and mounting bracket removal, repair and replacement&nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The candidate must provide a complete set of tools to efficiently perform the job described. &nbsp; This includes a complete set of mechanic&rsquo;s tools (excluding special tools) up through 1&frac14; inch size wrenches and sockets, including metric tools required to do the job up to 20 mm.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>Reports To<strong>: &nbsp;</strong></u>Maintenance Supervisor&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>Qualifications:</u></p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent.&nbsp;</li><li>Possess and maintain a valid driver&rsquo;s license from the State of Michigan and submit a clean five (5) year driving record with application.&nbsp;</li><li>Must possess a Michigan Chauffeur based &ldquo;BP&rdquo; temporary instruction CDL permit (T.I.P.) prior to hire date.</li><li>Must possess a valid State of Michigan Group B Commercial Driver License with Passenger and Air Brake Endorsement within 90 days of hire. &nbsp;</li><li>Verifiable prior experience in body repair (light or heavy) &nbsp;</li><li>Must possess a Fork Lift Driving Certificate or obtain within 90 days of employment.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><u>Physical Requirements:</u></p><p><u>&nbsp;</u></p><ul><li>Lifting and carrying up to 100 lbs</li><li>Constant standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing, balancing, and twisting</li><li>Using hand to operate tools, grasp, push, pull, and steady arms for extended periods</li><li>Precise finger movements for small parts and controls</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"text-align: center;\" data-pasted=\"true\">______________________________________________________________________________</p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">This job description is stated in general terms and does not describe all duties&nbsp;</p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">which may be assigned or required.</p><p style=\"text-align: center;\">______________________________________________________________________________</p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p></div></div>\n<br/>First Shift",
