    "requisitionDescription": "<p data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>About the Role</strong></p><p>We&rsquo;re looking for a sharp analyst who can own the full revenue data picture at Envent from invoice auditing and rep-level sales reporting all the way through to exec-level P&amp;L packages and contract pricing strategy. This isn&rsquo;t a support role. You&rsquo;ll have real ownership, direct access to the CFO and VP of Sales, and your work will directly influence how we price, forecast, and grow.</p><p>Envent serves the industrial and petrochemical sectors, so familiarity with how field operations, job costing, and customer contracts work in that world is a genuine advantage here.</p><p><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What the Job Actually Looks Like</strong></p><p><br></p><p><strong>Monthly &amp; recurring:</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 14px;\"><li>Audit invoice coding in Salesforce against actuals by region, rep, and service line, track down errors and fix them</li><li>Run and distribute individual sales reports for 10 reps plus a summary for the VP of Sales</li><li>Execute the QuickBooks &rarr; Salesforce invoice data upload</li><li>Produce the weekly and monthly Labor Utilization Reports (ADP vs. FSL)</li><li>Build and distribute the executive financial package: P&amp;L by division, balance sheet trends, KPI dashboards</li><li>Facilitate the Regional Operations P&amp;L review and the Maintenance/Capex/Inventory Budget meetings</li><li>Run backlog/forecast variance checks by rep and escalate gaps before they snowball</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Pricing &amp; contracts:</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 14px;\"><li>Work with the Contracts Manager and COO to analyze rate structures and find margin gaps between what we&rsquo;re invoicing and what the contracts actually say</li><li>Build the data case for contract renewals and rate renegotiations</li><li>Manage the rate sheet process and lead the effort to embed a quote margin tool into Salesforce</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Broader finance work:</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 14px;\"><li>Own the annual budget and monthly forecasting cycle end-to-end</li><li>Build financial models for new service lines, CapEx decisions, and potential acquisitions</li><li>Support external audit prep and ERP implementation</li></ul><p><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Experience We&rsquo;re Looking For</strong></p><p><br></p><table border=\"1\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" width=\"624\"><tbody><tr><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 48.7179%;\"><p><strong>Required</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 14px;\"><li>3&ndash;5 years in financial analysis, revenue ops, or a similar data-heavy role</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s in Finance, Accounting, or related field</li><li>Advanced Excel &mdash; pivot tables, XLOOKUP, complex formulas</li><li>Salesforce experience: reports, data validation, rate sheets, quoting</li><li>Background in industrial, environmental, or O&amp;G/petrochemical</li><li>Comfortable building automated reports and working in relational databases</li><li>Familiarity with contract terms and how rate structures work in practice</li></ul></td><td valign=\"top\" style=\"width: 51.2821%;\"><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul style=\"margin-left: 14px;\"><li>Power BI</li><li>Python or Snowflake</li><li>Excel VBA / Macros</li><li>CPA or MBA</li><li>Salesforce contracts &amp; library functions</li><li>QuickBooks</li></ul></td></tr></tbody></table><p><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>The Kind of Person Who Does Well Here</strong></p><p><br></p><p>You don&rsquo;t wait for someone to tell you there&rsquo;s a problem in the data.
