What You’ll Do Lead and support CNC Machinists and Machine Operators throughout daily production. Coordinate machine setups, changeovers, and production priorities. Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and setup issues. Review work instructions, setup documentation, tooling requirements, and programs before production. Monitor production performance, quality standards, and schedule adherence. Train and mentor machinists while helping develop technical skills across the team. Participate in root cause investigations related to scrap, rework, downtime, and delivery performance. Communicate production status and shop-floor challenges to leadership. Promote safe work practices and compliance with company standards. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of CNC machining experience. Strong setup and troubleshooting experience on CNC equipment. Blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge. Ability to lead by influence and support team development. Experience with aerospace manufacturing and tight-tolerance machining preferred. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement concepts is a plus. Benefits and Perks This salary range for this position falls between $45,000-$90,000\\/year depending on experience.
