    "description": "<p><span>As a College Aid Services Senior Consultant </span><span>you will fill a variety of roles (e.g. financial aid director, assistant director, <span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">counselor, etc.) for a diverse group of institutions to manage Title IV aid, staffing, and operations on an interim basis.   </span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">College Aid Services Consultants are committed to improving business processes and efficiencies that support compliance, enrollment goals and objectives. They are focused on customer service and improving student success.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience with at least 5 years of director-level and leadership experience.   Candidates must have strong skillsets in utilizing Department of Education software and student information systems (i.e., Anthology/CampusVue, Banner, Colleague, PeopleSoft, PowerFAIDS, WorkDay, etc.). Strong written and oral communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners are required.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">We are specifically looking for candidates to fill specific roles at client institutions that utilize Ellucian Banner. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Job Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 10 years experience in Financial Aid roles.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">At least 5 years of FA director-level and leadership experience for Director level roles. Note we are also seeking candidates for all FA office positions. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience using Ellucian Banner.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">College degree preferred although candidates with progressive experience will be considered.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: #444444\">Proficiency in federal regulations and compliance; experience with federal reporting requirements (e.g. FISAP, IPEDS, HEERF, etc.)</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: #444444\">Highly detail oriented with strong ability to understand client needs and lead teams toward a common goal.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: #444444\">Strategic thinking and leadership skills.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: #444444\">Excellent written and oral communication skills.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Inter, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"color: #444444\">Ability to motivate, develop and train staff.</span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Candidates with prior consulting experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Candidates with NASFAA professional credentials</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Candidates with NASFAA FAAC® designation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Candidates with a master's degree or a bachelor's degree and significant experience in financial aid/higher education positions.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Travel</span></p>\n<p>The position may require travel.
