    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><strong>Position Summary:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span>A Penske Customer Service Coordinator is focused on working with customers to schedule preventative maintenance requests, coordinate outside repairs, plan and manage the shop work plan. &nbsp;</span></p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span><strong>This position will be located at 508 Heron Drive in Swedesbor, NJ.</strong></span></p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span><strong>Shift: &nbsp;Sunday through Thursday 10 pm - 6:30 am.</strong></span></p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><span>&nbsp;</span></p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\"><strong>Major Responsibilities:</strong><span>&nbsp;<strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\">•&nbsp;Develop daily and weekly workforce plans by factoring customer needs, estimated unscheduled repairs, available parts, technician skill sets and work hours to maximize customer service and productivity.</p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\">•&nbsp;Communicate with customers as needed for maintenance updates including changes to schedule or work, billing concerns, or to resolve service issues.</p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\">•&nbsp;Assure that all Penske Rental units are maintained and prepared for customers</p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\">•&nbsp;Ensure parts are available for scheduled work</p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\">•&nbsp;Hold vendors accountable for quality and adherence to schedule for outside work</p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\">•&nbsp;Provide customer service, assuring customers are satisfied and will return for additional business.</p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\">•&nbsp;Maintain shop productivity by optimizing the work plan</p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\">•&nbsp;Coordinate with district billing clerks as necessary</p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0pt;\">•&nbsp;Other projects and tasks as assigned by supervisor</p>\n<div>\n <br>\n  &nbsp;\n</div>\n<div>\n &nbsp;\n</div>",
