Together we can transform the future of energy.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Join us in leading the </strong><strong>change!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Project leadership</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Leads the project team, establishes the project execution approach and oversees project hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring and control activities for both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals.</li>\n <li>Coaches and provides performance feedback for project staff.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Instructions and guidelines</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Contributes to the continuous improvement of policies and work instructions by learned. Leads project reviews for other large projects and Organizational Project Management (OPM) reviews/assessments and conducts competency assessments for the project execution teams. </li>\n <li>Actively seeks both internal improvement opportunities and external project management practices with relevance to EPE and influences the organization to continuously improve project execution.</li>\n <li>Actively participates in and contributes to internal and external expert groups, e.g. project management councils and other forums.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Project Recovery</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Leads project recovery efforts, i.e. the rapid assessment of troubled projects and their turnaround.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Budget, sales and operations planning.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Participates in the budgeting process, jointly with Management. </li>\n <li>Participates in Sales and Operations Planning with Management and Sales/Business Development. </li>\n <li>Takes actions to close potential gaps in project execution capacity.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Project execution and control</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensures projects follow execution best practices and EPE policies.</li>\n <li>Effectively monitors and controls project progress and efficient resource utilization.</li>\n <li>Monitors and controls project financials, overseeing project invoicing status, cost, expenses and cash flow, tracking the achievement of financial target continuously.</li>\n <li>Identifies, qualifies, quantifies and manages project risks, and ensures that all opportunities are identified and pursued. Captures, analyzes and shares lessons learned throughout the project.</li>\n <li>Ensures that projects are formally closed out, as contractually agreed. Drives the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out and its acknowledgement by the customer.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Planning and scheduling</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Ensures that all planning activities (including scope and financial plans, schedules and risk management plans) are performed properly by the assigned project team(s).</p>\n<p><strong>Contract, claims and procurement management.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Ensures that the project consistently applies contract and claims management, in accordance with EPE policies and contractual agreements. </p>\n<p>Ensures that required procurement activities for services, materials and equipment for the project from external and internal suppliers are performed by the assigned resources.</p>\n<p><strong>Stakeholder relations</strong> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Acts as key contact for the customer and escalation point for project issues. </li>\n <li>Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and effectively communicates with all stakeholders.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Health, safety and environment (HSE)</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensures the project follows and complies with company health, safety, andenvironmental policies.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>People leadership and development</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develops project execution staff through formal and informal mentoring and coaching.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Bring your passion, here's what’s needed:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li> Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in engineering or related field from an accredited program.</li>\n <li>Minimum five (5) years of related experience in managing Turnkey EPC power delivery projects.</li>\n <li>Experience in leading EPC projects: Utility Transmission, Interconnection substation projects.</li>\n <li>Proven ability to develop business and establish relationships with clients.</li>\n <li>Ability to identify opportunities and lead proposal / pursuit efforts. Proven ability to develop business and establish relationships with clients.</li>\n <li>Ability to handle large volumes of work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.</li>\n <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
