    "description": "<h2>Subsidiary</h2>Steel Dynamics\n<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Responsible for electrical maintenance in various locations of the mill and ancillary equipment working a 4 on 4 off 12-hour rotating swing shift. </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Leader in locking out equipment and assuring that all maintenance work is done safely.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot electrical equipment problems, repair and maintenance of electrical equipment.</li>\n <li>Perform preventative maintenance and installation of new electrical equipment.</li>\n <li>Assist millwrights and operators with daily maintenance work.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Required</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 5 years working as an electrician or technician in a manufacturing environment</li>\n <li>Knowledge of power distribution, AC/DC motors, motor control and motor drives</li>\n <li>Experience with PLC’s, drives and HMI software</li>\n <li>Skilled at troubleshooting, problem solving and installation of electrical equipment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Good working knowledge and understanding of Siemens PLC’s and software</li>\n <li>Experience with Allen-Bradley PLC's and Rockwell software</li>\n <li>Low, medium and high voltage equipment experience</li>\n <li>Metallurgical process understanding</li>\n <li>Formal electrical, automation and/or IT training</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><em>Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers. </em></strong></p>",
