Troubleshooting & Mentorship: Serve as a primary expert in diagnosing and resolving complex technical faults on equipment and systems down to the component level, utilizing advanced analytical methods. Partner and communicate with engineers (including contract engineers) to accomplish critical objectives. Serve as a dedicated mentor and escalation point for more junior Broadcast Engineers, fostering their technical knowledge and professional development. Administrative & Documentation: Accurately complete and submit all required administrative documentation, including but not limited to timecards, expense reports, vehicle logs, budgeting documents, and other relevant records by established deadlines.
