This role plays a key part in maintaining productivity, meeting shipping deadlines, and supporting a positive team environment.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Supervise and support the fulfillment associates</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Create and manage team schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Oversee daily operations including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitor workflow and productivity to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Train, coach, and provide ongoing feedback to team members</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ensure proper handling, storage, and compliance with food safety standards for applicable products</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Collaborate with the Fulfillment Manager to improve processes and operational efficiency</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist in resolving operational issues and addressing team concerns in a timely manner</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Track and report on key performance metrics (accuracy, throughput, etc.)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Support inventory management processes, including cycle counts and audits</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Need </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment required</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Fluent in English required; Proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Prior supervisory or team lead experience</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience handling food and/or consumer goods, with familiarity in food safety standards, preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Strong organizational and time management skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with a team</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Experience with warehouse systems or inventory management systems (IMS/WMS) preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Basic computer skills and familiarity with operational tools and reporting (Excel)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ability to lift and carry up to 40–50 lbs, as needed</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (varied temperatures, noise levels, etc.)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">About the Opportunity</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This is a full-time, exempt position</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work schedule is Monday through Friday.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">This position requires work to be performed on-site in Springville, Utah</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Why You Want to Work Here</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Paid Time Off</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Paid holidays</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Ballerina Farm is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive and respectful workplace for all employees and applicants.
