If you enjoy hands-on work, traveling, and operating heavy equipment, this is a great opportunity to join a growing company serving major energy providers.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Pay &amp; Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Earn $65,000 – $80,000 in your first year</li>\n<li>Project bonuses based on safety and performance</li>\n<li>$45 daily per diem for meals while traveling</li>\n<li>All travel expenses paid</li>\n<li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance</li>\n<li>401(k) with company match</li>\n<li>Company support for CDL training and licensing</li>\n<li>Paid time off / work-life balance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">What You'll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Travel to job sites across the United States with a team</li>\n<li>Dismantle transformers and other electrical equipment</li>\n<li>Use torch cutters and power tools to open equipment</li>\n<li>Operate telehandlers, boom lifts, and other heavy equipment</li>\n<li>Rig, load, and secure equipment onto flatbed trailers</li>\n<li>Drive semi-truck and trailer to and from project sites</li>\n<li>Follow strict safety and environmental procedures</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Schedule &amp; Travel</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Travel nationwide for projects up to 2 weeks at a time</li>\n<li>Must be able to commute to and from Waterloo, Iowa before and after all jobs</li>\n<li>Travel as teams in company provided trucks</li>\n<li>Lodging provided while traveling (team members share hotel rooms)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">What We're Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to report to Waterloo, IA for project departures</li>\n<li>Valid driver's license required</li>\n<li>Class A CDL required <em>(company will assist the right candidate with CDL training)</em></li>\n<li>Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team-based environment</li>\n<li>Ability to pass background checks required by certain customer sites</li>\n<li>Ability to pass post offer drug test and physical</li>\n<li>Comfortable working at heights up to 60 feet</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Preferred Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Construction, industrial, or demolition work</li>\n<li>Previous travel work preferred</li>\n<li>Experience operating forklifts or heavy equipment</li>\n<li>Experience using hand tools or cutting metals</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Physical Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs</li>\n<li>Comfortable performing physically demanding work outdoors</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>A-Line is an Equal Opportunity Employer.</p>",
