The Company with Great Benefits and certified as \"A Great Place to Work\".</em></strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>E2E Development Program Manager for the Wireless Network customers</li>\n <li>Manages the customer deliverables to meet customer expectations</li>\n <li>Lead and manage new product and SW feature/package development and implementation for wireless customers</li>\n <li>Manages the strategy, planning and scheduling of day-to-day activities and support of the projects and activities assigned to complete them effectively and efficiently for customers</li>\n <li>Manages the resources (resources and equipment) for projects and activities to complete them successfully</li>\n <li>Manages the risk and risk mitigation implementation to minimize impacts to the customers</li>\n <li>Direct interface and communications for internal teams, management and external customers</li>\n <li>Manages the status reporting to internal teams, management and customers</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan, organize, and prioritize assignments to meet tight schedule - very detailed, goal driven, and achievement oriented</li>\n <li>Technical knowledge in 4G and 5G wireless networks</li>\n <li>Ability to work, manage and prioritize expectations from multiple external and internal customers</li>\n <li>Capability to clearly communicate with peers, team members, management and customers on status, plans, risks and critical issues</li>\n <li>Comfortable with making quick/key decisions and then taking responsibility to push forward</li>\n <li>Ability to manage and bring together a team from multiple groups to achieve goals and meet/exceed customer expectations</li>\n <li>Capability to work with minimum supervision required - highly motivated and self-driven</li>\n <li>Excellent skills in Microsoft and other Project Management Tools</li>\n <li>Able to critically evaluate and question data</li>\n <li>Ability to think and move quickly with limited information</li>\n <li>Comfortable with a highly dynamic and changing work environment</li>\n <li>Positive attitude and persistence are key to success in this role</li>\n <li>Competitive, strong desire to “win”</li>\n <li>Quarterly domestic travel</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Experience & Education Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Engineering or Management Undergrad Degree from an accredited university (advanced degree is a plus)</li>\n <li>Minimum 8 years in Project/Product Management related activities</li>\n <li>Minimum 5 years of experience in Networks and/or Telecommunications Projects</li>\n <li>Previously management of wireless new product and/or SW package development and delivery for a major operator</li>\n <li>Experience with developing and implementing Project Management benchmarks and best practices</li>\n <li>Strong background in 4G and 5G networks in wireless technologies</li>\n <li>Background in managing multiple projects and/or activities simultaneously</li>\n <li>Experience in developing and managing outside vendors</li>\n <li>Experience working and coordinating activities from multiple groups</li>\n <li>In-direct Personnel Management experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Join Our Veteran-Friendly Team:</strong></p>\n<p>Are you a veteran or a veteran spouse with expertise in telecommunications?
