Utilizes project management experience with business development strategies to ensure execution of sales initiatives and cross functional projects.</p><p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p><ul style=\"margin-left: 31px; list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Identify and support new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.</li><li>Coordinate proposals, presentations and client onboarding activities.</li><li>Plan, execute and monitor business development projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring goals are met within allocated budget and timeframe.</li><li>Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, and resources.</li><li>Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project outcomes.</li><li>Monitor project progress and adjust plans, as necessary.</li><li>Conduct regular status meetings with cross-functional teams, provide progress, performance, and status update reports.</li><li>Create project status presentations for delivery to customers or management.</li><li>Monitor costs incurred by project team to identify budget issues.</li><li>Monitor project milestones and deliverables.</li><li>Provide guidance and leadership to project team.</li><li>May monitor performance of project team to provide performance feedback.</li><li>Create project documentation and ensure project documents are archived and maintained.</li><li>Demonstrates ability to appear for work on time, follow directions from a supervisor, interact well with co-workers, understand, and follow work rules and procedures, comply with company policies and procedures, goals, and objectives, and accepts constructive feedback.</li><li>Other duties as assigned, requested, or needed.</li></ul><p>POSITION REQUIREMENTS</p><p id=\"isPasted\">To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
