font-size: 12pt\">Loopback Health is currently looking for a Cloud Operation Engineer to help us manage, analyze, and optimize cloud and compute costs across our Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake environments, with potential exposure to multi-cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">This role sits within the Data Operations group and will collaborate closely with Engineering, Infrastructure, and Finance teams to drive visibility and accountability in cloud costs, including the identification and remediation of inefficient workloads (SQL, python) and data pipelines that inflate costs.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in cloud cost management, billing analytics, and operational optimization — and who is comfortable diving deep into both data and process improvement.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Monitor and analyze cloud spend across Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake (if applicable).</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Build cost tracking and reporting dashboards using native tools (Azure Cost Management, Databricks Billing APIs &amp; Dashboards, Power BI) and SQL/Python.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Develop tagging and cost-allocation frameworks to support chargeback and forecasting models.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Partner with Engineering and Infrastructure to optimize compute usage, storage tiers, and licensing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Recommend query tuning, partitioning and caching strategies to improve performance and reduce cost-per-job on Databricks.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support monthly budget reviews and identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Manage governance policies for resource provisioning and cost alerts.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Partner with Information Security to ensure FinOps practices and cost controls align with SOC2 and HIPAA compliance requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide insights into FinOps maturity and recommend process improvements.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-weight: bold\">Required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">5–7 years of experience in FinOps, Data Operations, Cloud Cost Analysis, or related roles.</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Hands-on experience with Azure Cost Management, Databricks, and Windows infrastructure.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Solid analytical and SQL skills; comfort with scripting in Python or PowerShell.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Familiarity with tagging strategies, cost attribution, and usage-based billing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong understanding of cloud services (compute, storage, networking) and pricing models.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ability to communicate technical findings to financial and non-technical audiences.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
