Familiarity with established news practices and ethical standards is essential.</li>\n <li>Successful candidate will be expected to work a variety of shifts, which can include overnight, early morning, weekend, and holidays. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>INTERNAL/EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Reporter/Anchor must be able to work effectively with managers, producers, editors, writers, technicians and other anchors, while providing leadership during the daypart.</li>\n <li>They must be able to take direction and maintain trust in the support team behind the scenes.</li>\n <li>Outside the station, reporters/anchors are strongly identified with WBBM Newsradio and must always project a professional and polished image, including a strong interest in individuals and the community.</li>\n <li>This position functions on site at the studios and offices of WBBM Newsradio. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Important Notes:</h2>\n<p>Please be aware that Audacy will <strong>never</strong> ask you to send money at any point during the hiring process.
