Help from an expert may be required from time to time, but the resource can usually perform the skill independently.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Minimum Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s Degree</li>\n<li>Minimum of three (3) years of healthcare industry experience, preferably with a health plan or a pharmacy.</li>\n<li>A working knowledge of healthcare operations to include: enrollment, claims, customer service and appeals.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated project management experience.</li>\n<li>Applied analytical skills.</li>\n<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to lead a team and successfully complete long-term assignments.</li>\n<li>Ability to create executive level presentations.</li>\n<li>A working knowledge of Medicaid/Medical Assistance is a plus, but not required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Description / Role Description:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage both direct and indirect reports to accomplish tactical and longer-term departmental projects (program management office).</li>\n<li>Maintain project documentation and work plans.</li>\n<li>Analyze internal processes to identify efficiencies and to reduce operating costs.</li>\n<li>Develop comprehensive training for both new hires and existing staff.</li>\n<li>Create executive level reports and oral presentations.</li>\n<li>Provide cost benefit analyses for new initiatives.</li>\n<li>Assist with budget analysis, tracking and updates.</li>\n<li>Monitor program performance measures.</li>\n<li>Resolve cross-office issues as assigned.</li>\n<li>Resolve complex customer issues.</li>\n<li>Participate in project meetings.</li>\n<li>Assist with data collection for industry surveys and reports.</li>\n<li>Attend industry meetings as requested.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Join Our Team:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>At <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">CMT Services</span>, we believe that extraordinary results come from empowering exceptional people.
