This role suits a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can work collaboratively, and upholds the global brand’s visual identity while contributing to its evolution.  </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable producing <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">marketing collateral, web assets, UI/UX product visuals, and motion/video content</span>, while maintaining a consistent and cohesive brand experience. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain VitalHub’s <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">visual identity</span> across print, digital, and video content. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Produce <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">marketing collateral</span>, such as brochures, presentations, event stands, and campaign materials etc. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and manage <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">exhibition/stand visuals</span>, collaborating with external vendors where necessary. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead or support <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">UI/UX design</span> tasks for web and product interfaces. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Create high-quality <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">motion graphics, animations, and video content</span> for marketing campaigns, social media, and product showcases. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Work collaboratively within the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">marketing team</span> and product teams to ensure creative alignment between marketing collateral and products. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">tight deadlines</span> without compromising quality. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Contribute to the <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">creative direction and visual consistency</span> of the brand across all mediums. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential Experience:</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive professional experience in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">graphic design</span>, ideally as an in-house designer. </li>\n<li>Strong portfolio showcasing <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">branding, motion, and digital work</span>. </li>\n<li>Proficiency in <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Adobe Creative Cloud</span>, particularly <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign</span>. </li>\n<li>Experience designing for both <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">print and digital platforms</span>. </li>\n<li>Competence with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">UI/UX design tools</span> such as Figma, XD, or similar. </li>\n<li>Strong understanding of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">brand systems</span>, typography, layout, and storytelling through design. </li>\n<li>Ability to work <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">collaboratively and under pressure</span>, managing multiple deadlines. </li>\n<li>Strong communication and presentation skills. </li>\n<li>Eye for detail, with a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">quality-first mindset</span>. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Nice to Haves:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field (2:2 or above)  </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">corporate or global brand communication</span>. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working in tech or healthcare environments. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">3D or motion compositing</span> tools (e.g. After Effects, Blender, Cinema4D). </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Passion or an interest in AI</span> and how it can be integrated to enhance and optimise a brands’ visual delivery. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Capture and edit <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">photography/videography</span> for events and promotional use. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Personal Qualities:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tenacious and solution-focused — sees every design request as a challenge to overcome. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Curious about the latest design trends and tools. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Adaptable and quick to learn new methods or technologies. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Balances creativity with practical delivery. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Team-oriented with a proactive, can-do attitude. </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What do we offer:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Remote &amp;
