Completes all forms to include but not limited to incident reports, and written and computerized documentation, as necessary for communication of resident information with other members of the Resident Care Team and with the<br>licensed nurses and Executive Director.<br>&#8226; Makes resident beds, empties apartment trash, and tidies resident apartment daily and as needed or requested.<br>&#8226; Turns down resident beds in the evening if requested.<br>&#8226; Changes resident linens and towels according to community laundry schedule, and as needed or as requested.<br>&#8226; Maintains resident clothing and closet in a neat and orderly manner.<br>&#8226; Assists with resident laundry as scheduled including non-scheduled or as necessary.<br>&#8226; Notifies Housekeeping team members of spills and soiled areas; assists with clean-up as needed.
