The primary goal is to assist customers in selecting products, answering inquiries, and processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately. This role requires maintaining a thorough knowledge of the products and services offered to provide informed recommendations and solutions tailored to customer needs. Additionally, the Counter Sales associate will manage inventory levels, coordinate with other departments, and ensure the sales area is organized and welcoming.
