MISSION PRINCIPALE Red Barrels recherche un   Artiste VFX  qui apporte un haut niveau de créativité et d’innovation à son travail. Vous serez amené à concevoir et mettre en œuvre de manière proactive des effets spéciaux pour jeux vidéo, en respectant la direction artistique du projet et les délais de production. Vous avez de l’expérience dans la création d’effets de haute qualité et leur optimisation. Tâches et mission Explorer de  nouvelles  techniques et  approches  pour  rendre   l’expérience  de jeu plus immersive et  crédible , tout  en   respectant  la direction  artistique  du  projet . Créer des VFX esthétiquement impressionnants , capables de satisfaire les joueurs tout en transmettan t des information essentielles  à la  jouabilité  (gameplay). Réaliser  des  effets   visuels   allant  du  réaliste  au  stylisé ,  en   fonction  des  besoins  du  projet  et des  piliers   artistiques   définis . Partager   vos   connaissances  et  compétences  avec les  membres  de  l’équipe , et  contribuer   activement  à  l’amélioration  des processus et de la  qualité   globale  du jeu. Travailler   efficacement  dans un  environnement  de production  structuré ,  en   gérant   votre  temps,  vos   priorités  et  vos   livrables . Créer  et  maintenir   une  documentation  claire  pour les processus et  contenus  VFX,  afin  de  faciliter  la collaboration et la  reproductibilité . Trouver  des solutions  optimales  qui  respectent  à la  fois  les exigences  artistiques  et les limitations techniques. Utiliser  des  compétences   en  simulation  dynamique ,  systèmes  de  particules  et  création  de  nuanceurs  (shaders) pour  surmonter  les obstacles et  améliorer  la  qualité  du  produit . Profi 7 ans d’expérience  au minimum  et maîtrise avancée du développement VFX, incluant les fondamentaux tels que le minutage , le langage des formes, la théorie des couleurs et l’ingénierie de maillages. Artiste  VFX expérimenté(e), ayant travaillé sur au moins un projet ou titre AAA publié, ou une expérience équivalente dans un domaine  connexe. Expérience  confirmée avec les outils de création 3D standards de l’industrie (Houdini, Substance, Photoshop, Blender,  EmberGen , etc.), ainsi qu’une bonne connaissance des principes d’ animation. Excellente  maîtrise de Niagara,   d’ Unreal  Engine 5 et des  blueprints   Unreal . Capacité  à interpréter et transformer des idées abstraites en effets visuels  percutants. Find  optimal  solutions that balance artistic requirements and technical limitations. Leverage skills in dynamic simulations, particle systems, and shader creation to overcome challenges and enhance product quality. P rofile 7 years of experience minium and a dvanced  proficiency  in VFX development, including fundamentals such as timing, shape language, color theory, and mesh engineering. Experienced VFX Artist with at least one shipped AAA title/project or equivalent experience in a related field. Proven experience using industry-standard 3D content creation tools (Houdini, Substance, Photoshop, Blender,  EmberGen , etc.), along with a strong understanding of animation principles.
