font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in architectural visualization and interior design.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Proven experience delivering high-end luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino; font-size: 12pt\">Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional photorealistic rendering, visual storytelling, and design sensitivity.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino;
