We’re looking for a FinCrime Product Compliance Senior Manager to support our Wise Platform Product team as they launch and scale Wise Platform for North America, specifically across our US and Canada markets.&#xa0;</p><p>Wise Platform is our product for other financial institutions or businesses that need access to payments to run their businesses and support their customers.&#xa0;</p><p>Your primary focus will be to help develop scalable processes to identify and effectively manage financial crime risks across a range of existing and new product types, markets and integrations globally.&#xa0; You will also have exposure to business development conversations - ensuring we remain compliant, while unlocking growth.&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Your mission:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li><p>Collaborate with product teams to define controls and interpret regulation to ensure all new Wise Platform products globally have the right financial crime controls.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Keep an eye on emerging typologies and regulatory requirements for the US and Canada and implement changes as necessary.&#xa0; You will have the support of the 2LOD to identify new regulatory requirements.&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Understand Wise FinCrime controls and be comfortable working with both the Wise Platform team and our Global FinCrime product teams to make any necessary changes.&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Communicate with our partners about our compliance program and expectations. Be able to empathise and incorporate feedback into our internal processes as required.&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>Be able to identify challenges to our regulatory permissions and work to unlock growth through new licenses as required.</p></li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><p>You have a minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial crime compliance, with a particular focus on correspondent banking and/or Banking as A Service (BaAS) program,</p></li><li><p>You have experience collaborating with external partners, as well as internal product and engineering teams to develop a solution that is tailored for the Platform Partner.&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>You have a strong ability to analyze and interpret complex regulatory frameworks and explain them clearly to stakeholders.</p></li><li><p>You are a problem-solver who uses regulations and data to drive business decisions.</p></li><li><p>You have experience working across cross border payments, with specific experience in the US and Canadian markets.</p></li><li><p>You have strong communication and presentation skills, and are able to present on the Wise Platform product to regulators and/or auditors.&#xa0;</p></li><li><p>You are willing to travel to Wise offices located across different countries.</p></li><li><p>You are legally authorized to work in the US.</p></li></ul>",
