Discover all the possibilities of a career at Northside today.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The Cardiovascular (ARU) RN plays a pivotal role in patient care, acting as a bridge between doctors, patients and families.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Admit Recovery Unit RN is part of a supportive, collaborative team that provides superior patient care, in a highly skilled, fast paced environment.  The ARU RN is responsibile for pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure recovery of invasive cardiology patients, receiving clinically advanced, lifesaving cardiac cath and electrophysiology procedures.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role is Monday-Friday, 3x12 hour day shift, with a late stay rotation; no weekends, no holidays, and no call.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong><u>KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES, LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED:</u></strong></p>\n<li>Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing </li>\n<li>Licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.</li>\n<li>Must hold Certified in American Heart Association’s Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).</li>\n<p><strong><u>KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED:</u></strong></p>\n<li>BSN degree</li>\n<li>Two (2) years of experience as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN). </li>\n<li>Additional Life Support credential (ACLS, PALS, NRP, etc.) or other clinical specialty certifications in specific units. </li>\n<li>Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.</li>\n<h2>Work Hours:</h2>8a-8:30p\n<h2>Weekend Requirements:</h2>No\n<h2>On-Call Requirements:</h2>No",
