Development Expert, </b>you would own the broad L&amp;D agenda for the Zone: translating global L&amp;D plans into a European roadmap, complementing them with local initiatives, running the company’s onboarding and mentorship programs end to end, supporting the learning platforms, and analyzing gaps to build clear action plans.</p><p><b>As Talent &amp; Trainee Programs Expert, </b>you would own the Zone EUR Talent &amp; Trainee Programs leading their planning, coordinating delivery and events across Europe, managing their budgets, and ensuring every trainee and talent is equipped to grow into an AB InBev future leader.</p><p></p><h2>What you’ll do — in both roles</h2><ul><li>Lead the planning and day-to-day coordination of your programs and all related events across Europe</li><li>Own the full lifecycle of program delivery — design, content, communications, logistics, and follow-up</li><li>Provide on-site support at events, ensuring smooth delivery, technical and room set-up, and coordination of participants and speakers</li><li>Drive continuous improvement — benchmark against other organizations and market trends, and identify ways to simplify, standardize, and automate processes within your scope</li><li>Track and report regularly on activity, outcomes, and impact, and own the survey and feedback process to boost NPS</li><li>Work closely with internal stakeholders, and external vendors</li><li>Act as a reliable point of contact for your area across Zone EUR, and represent Zone EUR L&amp;D with Global L&amp;D and other teams</li></ul><h2>As Learning &amp; Development</li><li>Experience in project and event management, and in planning and rolling out initiatives across more than one location will be an advantage</li><li>Experience in remote stakeholder management</li><li>Customer-centric mindset with advanced stakeholder management skills</li><li>Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to standardize processes across countries</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel; stress-resistant and well organized</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills; PowerBI and PowerAutomate a plus</li><li>Fluent English;
