Duties include a variety of technical support and administrative duties related to complex electro-mechanical test equipment and hand fixtures.  Duties are performed within a cGMP/regulated environment with proper documentation of work performed.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform planned and unplanned repair & maintenance of manufacturing equipment.</li>\n <li>Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical equipment using data and hands-on diagnostic test equipment.</li>\n <li>Work from specifications, schematics and written/verbal instructions.</li>\n <li>Interact with production operators and technical staff to fully understand equipment failures and identify root cause.</li>\n <li>Review failure trends to identify and implement long term improvements for process.</li>\n <li>Perform and document all Preventive Maintenance procedures for the department.</li>\n <li>Provide input to the team leader for technical problems.</li>\n <li>Ensure proper compliance with all standards and company procedures.</li>\n <li>Maintain work area and equipment to ensure parts/tools availability and reliability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Budget Managed (if applicable):  </strong>N/A</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Internal Networking/Key Relationships:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work closely with Manufacturing Engineering team and production operators to maintain complex manufacturing equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills & Capabilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, operate a multimeter.</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical systems, PLCs/Computer Hardware Control.</li>\n <li>Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a Production Environment</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Minimum Knowledge & Experience Required for the Position:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Education / Experience:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent plus 3 years’ experience in comparable work environment.</li>\n <li>Trade/vocational school diploma with less than 1 year experience.</li>\n <li>Experience with electro-mechanical equipment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Additional Skills/Knowledge:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Computer literacy and experience using Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel and Word.</li>\n <li>English as a primary language</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>International Mobility Required:</strong>  No</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Travel Requirements:  </strong>None </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The annual base salary range for this role is currently $30/hr to $37/hr. Individual employee compensation will ultimately depend on factors including education, relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, and particular business needs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role is eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k plan retirement benefits with an employer match, as well as paid vacation and sick leave.
