Benefits may vary based on state law.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<h2>Job Overview</h2>\n<p>The Workday Reporting Analyst will join our Workday Financials implementation team to provide ongoing support post–go-live. This role is critical to ensuring accurate, insightful, and actionable reporting across our multi-state nonprofit healthcare system. The Workday Reporting Analyst focuses on designing, building, and maintaining Workday reports and dashboards to enable data-driven decision making.  </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and test custom reports using Workday tools (Advanced, Matrix, Composite Reports, Dashboards).</li>\n <li>Gather reporting requirements and document specifications.</li>\n <li>Support data validation during implementation and maintain reports post–go-live.</li>\n <li>Provide end-user training and troubleshoot reporting issues.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Supply Chain teams to ensure accuracy.</li>\n <li>Stay current with Workday releases and recommend enhancements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This is not an all-inclusive list of this job’s responsibilities. The incumbent may be required to perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Workday reporting tools, a solid understanding of financial processes, and a passion for enabling data-driven decision-making in a mission-driven environment.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong knowledge of at least two Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, FDM or Supply Chain).</li>\n <li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</li>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Workday Pro Certified in HCM Module</li>\n <li>2+ years of experience with Workday configuring and supporting at least two modules.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, and integration frameworks. </li>\n</ul>",
