• Responsible for the daily operation to handle calls ,email and Line to ensure quality services are delivered and KPI are meet. • Communicate in a clear, precise professional manner with all parties internal and external in order to ensure a quality customer service experience and timely feedback. • Ability to handle potentially stressful calls or situations while maintaining a calm, professional presence • Excellent listening and problem solving skill with attention to details • Instill customer confidence by delivering on promises such as call backs and/or delivering on agreed to action items • Ability to multi-task and make real time decision in a high volume transaction. •   Fluent in Thai & English communication skills.
