    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p><u>**THIS IS A SECOND SHIFT POSITION: Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm**</u><br><u><em>Training expected to take place on 1st shift for 6-8 weeks, then will move to 2nd shift</em></u></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>SUMMARY</strong></p><p>Using automated and manual processes, resins, various fiberglass roving, fabrics and other materials to produce round tubes and shapes to quality and productivity standards.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS</strong></p><ol><li>Maintains manual production records.</li><li>Performs various mixtures of resins, roving splices, cloth splices and set-ups using measuring and dispensing tools.</li><li>Maintains tooling records.</li><li>Locates and pulls tooling and materials for processing.</li><li>Move materials to designated staging and storage areas to support production.</li><li>Maintains all necessary tests that are done a specified times and responsible to check all physical and visual tolerances set for the product.</li><li>Responsible for all necessary processing information to be passed on to the next operator before leaving shift.</li><li>Performs random cycle counts to assure inventory accuracy.</li><li>Conducts equipment inspections and cleaning.</li><li>Maintains clean and safe work environment in assigned areas.</li><li>Takes direction from supervisor; when necessary, direction is communicated through shift lead.</li><li>Continuous learning and demonstration of knowledge in order to achieve increasing operator levels (from trainee up to Level 4).</li><li>Complies with and adheres to applicable ISO standards, safety, and work rules and requirements</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned</li></ol><p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul><li>Work primarily in factory setting (non-air conditioned)</li><li>Continuous walking, as many as 10,000 steps per shift</li><li>Ability to tolerate chemical odors that can be strong at times</li><li>Ability to stand for long periods of time</li><li>Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)</li><li>Steadiness of hand and arm required</li><li>Fine motor skills to handle various objects and materials</li><li>Ability to use hands to manipulate or assemble objects</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds at a time</li></ul><p><strong>REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Prior experience, work-related skill, or knowledge preferred; mechanical knowledge gained from working on machines or vehicles is especially helpful</li><li>Demonstrate close attention to detail</li><li>Effective interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well with others</li><li>Ability to complete assigned tasks</li><li>Must learn essential functions of the job using the training records as a guide</li><li id=\"isPasted\">High School Diploma preferred</li></ul><p><strong>OTHER DUTIES</strong></p><p>This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
