This role is located in New York City, NY..</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:&nbsp;</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong>Product Development</strong>: Lead the product development for our eW9/eW8 Hub which includes requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\"><strong>Product Strategy:</strong> Develop, communicate and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Manage and oversee end-to-end project management activities such as project planning, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, client management, relationship management and other project documentation preparation for projects of medium to high complexity.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Technical experience with APIs, Kafka messaging and its impact on tax onboarding and tax withholding on U.S. domestic payments</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">People Leadership: Ability to work with and provide guidance to colleagues within and across PODs</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Strong understanding of clients’ needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experience as well as staying on top of the latest technological trends and innovations in financial services.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Collaborate with business stakeholders including US Tax Product, Tax, Tax Operations, Technology, Relationship Managers to understand and document current and future state of tax functions/processes.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">7 plus years of relevant experience within financial services</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Experience operating within a complex, highly regulated environment with a strong grasp of compliance and operational risk frameworks</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">A good understanding of Tax Information Reporting and Withholding (e.g., 1446f, FATCA, NRA, BUW, 8966 Reporting)</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Proficient in IRS Tax forms, due diligence, and various tax onboarding, withholding reporting requirements</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Experience with the agile development process to ensure change requests are managed into backlogs and delivered quickly with the precise end to end testing&nbsp;</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate business and technical concepts to non-technical audiences.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform business and product decisions.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Experience working with Technology and third-party developers.</span></li><li><span lang=\"EN-GB\" style=\"font-size: 11pt;\">Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Prince2 certification</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: &quot;Avenir Next LT Pro&quot;, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 9pt;
