Nemours Children’s Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider Manager to join our Cardiac Critical Care Team in Wilmington, Delaware.
The Advanced Practice Provider Manager is responsible for providing leadership for a team of Advanced Practice Providers and provides direct/indirect care to patients and their families within the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. The Advanced Practice Provider Manager is also responsible for the following:
Acts as a resource, role model, and clinical leader for the patient care team Responsible for planning, development, and utilization of human and material resources to meet departmental needs Mentors and develops staff Participates in departmental and hospital programs for continuous improvement

Nemours Children’s Hospital, Delaware , a 220-bed facility located in Wilmington, serves as a Level IV NICU and the only Pediatric Level 1 Trauma Center in the state. For more than 80 years, its world-renowned care, education and research capabilities have healed hundreds of thousands of children and provided training for thousands of pediatric specialists across the U.S.
In 2023–24, U.S. News & World Report ranked the hospital in five pediatric specialties: cancer, cardiology and heart surgery, diabetes and endocrinology, gastroenterology and GI surgery and orthopedics.
